blubbrin' is the short form of the word blubbering


It has two meanings:

As a verb:

To utter while crying and sobbing.
To make wet and swollen by weeping.


As a noun:

A loud sobbing


It originated from middle English terms:

bluberen - To bubble

bluber - Foam


The boy was blubbering when he found out that he had failed his English test.
